I call my wife Little Foot and was wondering how you say this. Would it be......u-s-di tsu-na (in english phonetics). She is Cherokee on her mothers side and Comanche on her fathers side. Would my name be (tloo guh goo lay gah) ?

hmm... I think the descriptor would be after the noun.. perhaps tsuna oostayee
foot-little or baby.. I think I would pronounce it tchoo-na oo-s-tay-ee
I like the name btw..

Wado 2shadows,
I started calling her that a few years ago because she has such little feet (size 6). She said the same as you, that the descriptor should come after the noun.
So, would Treeclimber be..... goo lay gah tloo guh or something close?

Wado Big Bear,
I wasn't sure how you would say it that's why I posted here. Do you speak the Cherokee language? Could I get your assitance on speaking the language when I have questions?
By the way, welcome to the forum!
Thanks again, Treeclimber

as an aside ..Gulega..climber or blacksnake is also a an jalagi figure..pretty cool.. I am not sold on the order for little foot.. for example usti uwoduha means..pretty baby..but is literally "baby pretty" typically nouns or subjects come first..so I think it would be Tsuna Usti..don't worry..usti means baby or any small or little thing..
